Condiciones del servicio

  1. El servicio tiene un pago de activación, que incluye instalación eléctrica (Focos y conexiones).
  2. El contrato mínimo es por un año (plazo forzoso) y de ahí el servicio se puede otorgar de forma indefinida. Si decides cancelar y está al día con tus pagos, se queda la instalación eléctrica, y solo deberás entregar panel y gabinete en buen estado.
  3. Cualquier falla o problema debes reportarla al Centro de Atención iluméxico. También puedes solicitar ampliación del equipo por este medio.
  4. Está prohibido manipular/mover el equipo. Al hacer eso, se invalida la garantía y se retira el servicio. Si lo haces, tendrás que cubrir el costo de los componente(s) dañados.
  5. Si tienes a) 45 días seguidos sin saldo en tu medidor o b) 90 días acumulados sin saldo en el medidor durante el año, se procederá a ajustar la tarifa y/o cobrar una penalización, o en su caso cancelar y retirar el servicio.
